Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses high-strength quenched and tempered steel and a production method thereof, wherein the high-strength quenched and tempered steel comprises alloy elements according to percentages by weight of 0.07-0.11 percent of C, 0.20-0.40 percent of Si, 1.48-1.60 percent of Mn, less than or equal to 0.025 percent of P, less than or equal to 0.005 percent of S, 0.04-0.06 percent of Nb, 0.012-0.02 percent of Ti, 0.02-0.06 percent of Al, 0.18-0.40 percent of Ni, 0.25-0.35 percent of Cr, 0.18-0.35 percent of Mo, 0.0008-0.0015 percent of B, 0.04-0.07 percent of V, the rest of Fe and unavoidable impurities. The production method comprises the process flows: 1. raw material preparation, 2. converter smelting, 3. LF refining, 4. VD vacuum degassing, 5. continuous casting, 6. heating ina heating furnace, 7. rough rolling, 8. finishing rolling, 9. ACC cooling control, 10. austenitizing in a quenching furnace, 11. water quenching in a quenching machine, 12. tempering in a tempering furnace, and 13. storing fi
