Heating slag washing material for converter steel melting, preparation and use method thereof

The invention relates to a slag washing material for converter steelmaking and a preparation method and a using method thereof. The heating rising slag washing material comprises a main calcium aluminate slag system, a deoxidizer, a desulfurization agent, a lubricant and a heating agent, and the physical and chemical indexes in percentage by weight of the slag washing material are: 20 to 50 percent of CaO, 15 to 45 percent of Al2O3, 2 to 15 percent of metallic aluminum, 3 to 8 percent of desulfurizer, 3 to 8 percent of lubricant, 1 to 8 percent of heating agent, less than or equal to 10 percent of SiO2, less than or equal to 0.5 percent of S. The invention also discloses the preparation method and the using method of the slag washing material.
