The invention relates to medicine, in particular to methods for treating patients by means of genetic material-containing preparations and can be used for treating disturbed hemopoiesis, associated with chromosome defects and with the subsequent death of stem blood cells during therapy by means of cytostatics or high radiation doses applied for treating diseases associated with defects of basic mechanisms for differentiating stem blood cells without separation towards specific hemopoietic elements which emerge during hemoblastosis due to malignant modifications of hemopoiesis cells which become incapable for normal differentiation and, thereby generate uncontrolled proliferation thereof, and also diseases associated with defects of stem cell chromosomes, the healing of which depends on the presence of genetically, phenotypically and physiologically healthy stem cells in an organism.
