Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a synthesis method of 2-methyl-3-nitrophenylacetic acid. The method comprises the following steps: 2-methylphenylacetic acid is taken as a raw material; 2-methylphenylacetic acid, acetic anhydride and dichloromethane are respectively added to a reaction bottle, stirred, cooled to be 0 DEG C and added with 98% nitric acid in a dripping manner; reaction temperature is between -10 DEG C and 10 DEG C and reaction is carried out for 1h to 3h; filtering is carried out; a target product (I) is obtained, wherein, the mole ratio of 2-methylphenylacetic acid, nitric acid and acetic anhydride is 1:1.40 to 1.60:1.10. The method is mainly applied to the synthesis of 2-methyl-3-nitrophenylacetic acid compounds.
