Light sheet bending device and bending method thereof

The invention relates to a thin plate bending device and a bending method thereof. The thin plate bending device comprises a base, a left clamping assembly, a left oil cylinder, a left die holder, a right die holder, an oil cylinder, a fixed female die, a movable female die, a right oil cylinder, a right clamping assembly, a flat plate to be bent, a return spring, an inclining device and an upper template, wherein the fixed female die is fixed on the base; the movable female die is fixed on the fixed female die; the left die holder and the right die holder are arranged at two sides of the upper part of the movable female die respectively; the left clamping assembly and the right clamping assembly are arranged at left side and right side of the left die holder and the right die holder respectively, the left oil cylinder and the right oil cylinder are arranged at the sides of the left clamping assembly and the right clamping assembly; the inclining device for pushing the left die holder and the right die holder
