Method for processing switching between heterogeneous systems

The invention discloses a method for treating switching among heterogeneous systems, which comprises that an MME receiving source base station sends a connection establishment request, and the request carries a pre-registration base station mark; the pre-registration base station receives the connection establishment request from the MME; and a transmission channel is established between the pre-registration base station and a target base station. The invention also discloses a base station and a system, which are used for treating the switching among the heterogeneous systems. By using the method, the device and the system provided by the invention, if the pre-registration base station is not the same as the target when in formal switching, the failure of switching among the heterogeneous systems can be avoided when a pre-registration switching is carried out.
