Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a compounding method of a polyamide antiblock master batch, which comprises incorporating 4-23 wt.% non-surface-treated, synthetic, amorphous silica into a carrier polyamide in a single extrusion pass, which is characterized by using a double-screw extruder with a processing length of at least 40 times its screw diameter. The silica is fed to different zones of the extruder through at least two dosing sites, so that part of non-surface-treated, synthetic, amorphous silica is metered and added in the carrier polyamide, and one of the two dosing sites is a first side feeder. |
