Preparation of hot vulcanization type latex slurry for bonding rubber overshoe upper

The invention discloses a method for preparing hot cure type latex slurry for combining the upper and the sole of rubber shoes. The method comprises: preparation of a KOH solution, a nekal BX solution, a penetrant JFC solution, a mixed solution of a stabilizer H and polyacrylamide; and preparing the hot cure type latex slurry for combining the upper and the sole of the rubber shoes by mixing the solutions and natural rubber evenly. Compared with the prior latex, the method greatly improves stability and working efficiency, and reduces consumption of a latex slurry brush; the brushing property of the latex slurry is increased; the sizing amount of the shoe upper is increased; the latex slurry brush is easier to dip the latex slurry and is difficult to drip; in latex brushing, the height of latex brushing is easier to be consistent; the sizing amount is increased so as to improve attractive appearance; and the adhesive force of the shoe upper and shoe sole is remarkably improved so as to reduce the quality defe
