The invention discloses a new method for treating high-concentration organic wastewater by a membrane yeast reactor (MYR). The method comprises that: on the basis of fully utilizing advantages of membrane separation technology, naturalized specific microzyme is screened aiming at different water quality to replace activated sludge in a routine membrane reactor method; through the membrane separation process, the method realizes effective interception of the specific microzyme in the reactor, achieves good solid-liquid separation effect, and greatly improves the degradation effect of strain on the high-concentration organic wastewater simultaneously. The method has the advantages of simplicity, feasibility, few equipment, low investment, no secondary pollution and stable effect on organism degradation.
