The invention discloses a centrifugal cooling medium compressor motor, comprising a shell, and a cooling medium inlet and a cooling medium outlet are arranged on the shell; a stator which is a hollow shape and is fixed in the shell, and at least one radial hole is arranged on the stator; a rotor which is arranged in the stator and is pivoted with the end covers of the front and rear motors, and the end covers of the front and rear motors are fixedly connected to the shell, and at least one groove is arranged on the outer diameter of the rotor; and a guiding piece which is fixed in the shell; wherein, after the cooling medium sequentially passes through the inlet, the radial hole and the groove, the guiding piece leads the cooling medium to pass through the two ends of the stator, and then the cooling medium gets away the shell from the outlet.
