Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a phosphor which can be directly printed on aluminum films, and a preparation method thereof; wherein, based on weight percentage, the phosphor comprises (63.5% plus or minus 3%) of phosphor powders, (33.4% plus or minus 3%) of solvent 1, and (3.1% plus or minus 0.2%) of solvent 2. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1), filling the phosphor powders and the two solvents into a container based on proportion; (2), stirring the mixture for 2-3 minutes with a mixer; and (3), cooling the mixture at room temperature, measuring the viscosity and packaging. The phosphor has good mobility and can be directly printed on Al films; besides, the phosphor has better viscosity, bonding strength and conductivity, and can be generally applicable to various film direct printing types and electrical conditions; besides, the phosphor causes no impact on the environment and the operator and can be easily controlled and managed. |
