Display, display system and image regulating method thereof

The invention provides an image adjustment method, a display and a display system. The image adjustment method adjusts the images of the display, comprising that the display responds operation, to determine a resolution setting parameter corresponding to a target resolution; the display determines a resolution adjustment command according to the resolution setting parameter, and outputs the resolution adjustment command to a host terminal; the host terminal interprets the resolution adjustment command and adjusts the resolution of the display to the target resolution according to the interpreted resolution adjustment command. The display and the display system provide a method for setting the resolution and frequency of displays, and users can select different operations to set the resolution and frequency of a display according to requirement.
