The recovery method comprises firstly adding sulphuric acid for reextraction, and then standing for separation and drawing off aqueous phase, then further adsorbing impurities by adding clay, finally filtrating the solution by plate filter and obtaining qualified filtrate as recovered waste kerosene. The recovery system comprises two outlet ends arranged in an agitated tank with one outlet end connecting to an electrolytic barren solution tank and the other outlet end connecting to an oil pump and the oil pump outlet connecting to the plate filter.
