Active bumpers

The invention relates to a movable bumper, which mainly comprises a base plate, upright posts, vertical ribs, horizontal ribs, diagonal ribs and pins, wherein the base plate is welded on a ground framework and the upright posts are welded on the base plate. The vertical ribs, the horizontal ribs and the diagonal ribs are welded to a movable frame. The upright posts and the vertical ribs are provided with bores and the vertical ribs can be fixed by the upright posts when necessary. Thus, the movable bumper is formed. The movable bumper can protect equipment from being damaged when workpieces fall down, allows operator to shun the falling workpieces in time and ensures the safety of the operators. When the equipment without the workpieces is cleaned, a protective frame can be detached and removed. The movable bumper can be installed and detached flexibly. The moveable bumper has the advantages of simple structure, easy manufacture, low land occupation, low costs and good effect.
