The method comprises: the user terminal receives advertisement information transmitted by a network side; the user terminal judges whether an advertisement file corresponding to the advertisement information is stored locally; the user terminal transmits the stored information to the network side and simultaneously plays the advertisement file locally if the advertisement file is stored locally; and the user terminal transmits information which is not stored to the network side and requests the network side to play the advertisement file if the advertisement file is not stored locally.
