The present invention relates to a TFT-LCD array substrate which comprises a grid line formed on a substrate, a data line, a pixel electrode and a thin film transistor. At the intersection part of grid line and data line, the grid lines which are positioned at two sides of data lines are connected through a grid connecting line which forms a two-point or multi-point intersection structure with the data line, and/or the data lines at two sides of grid line are connected through a data connecting line which forms a two-point or multi-point intersection structure with the grid line.
