Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a welding rod material for sulfur resisting dew point corrosion steel, in particular to an electrode covering for sulfur resisting dew point corrosion steel. The electrode covering mainly comprises the following components by weight percentage: 30 to 40 percent of CaO, 20 to 30 percent of CaF2, 10 to 20 percent of SiO2, 5 to 15 percent of TiO2, and 10 to 15 percent of iron alloy; and the powder of the components is evenly mixed to prepare the electrode covering. With the adoption of the technical solution, the electrode covering completely solves the welding material problems of the 10CrMnCu sulfur resisting dew point corrosion steel; the sulfur resisting dew point property of the weld metal is similar to that of base metal; the mechanical property of a welding joint of deposited metal is matched with the base metal; the weld metal has excellent cracking resistance; and the welding rod has good welding process properties. |
