Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for call management, a system and a device thereof which are used for real time management of a call. The invention provides a call information sending method which comprises the following steps: a signaling collecting and processing device obtains a real time signaling in the call process and extracts feature information from the real time signaling; the signaling collecting and processing device uses the feature information to obtain a call information real time record in the call process; when a preset trigger condition is met, the signaling collecting and processing device sends the call information real time record to a call management server. |
