The platform comprises a user experience platform, an operation monitoring platform, and a central controller, wherein, the user experience platform is used for receiving an activity participation request sent by a user and sending the same to the central controller, the central controller processes theactivity participation request and generates user activity data stored in a data base, the operation monitoring platform receives a monitoring request sent by an operator and sends the same to the central controller; and the central controller transfers user data in the data base and processes the monitoring request. The embodiment of the invention realizes the separation of the user experience with the business of product operation, and improves the stability and the efficiency of the system.
