Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a proton exchange membrane fuel cell capable of quickly starting below zero DEG C, which comprises a bipolar plate, an electrode, a collector plate and a terminal plate. Grooves are distributed on the side surface of the terminal plate which is closed to the collector plate, electric heating wires are laid in the grooves in a sealing way, the planes of the sealing fillers of the sealed electric heating wires are flush with the surface of the terminal plate, and the electric heating wires are connected with an external power source. During the cold-starting process, the set of cells assembled through the terminal plate has the advantages that the internal temperature of the fuel cell is more uniformly distributed, and the rapid successful starting of the fuel cell can be ensured at a lower temperature. |
