Zusammenfassung:	The aim of the invention is to improve greatly usa stability of a cross winding bobbin without weakening the bobbin ideal performance. The aim is implemented winding outer layers of the bobbin with a maxmium thickness of 20 mm without adding the cross angle with a winding width less than a main winding under the windong bobbin. A device for producing a weaving bobbin has traversing gears (26 to 28), which is provided with a control mechanism (29) for controlling a driver (28) of the traversing gears, wherein the control mechanism is configured to reduce the traversing travel according to a prescribed standard when reaching a prescribed bobbin saturation degree.
