The three-ant wine uses Yunnan polyrhachis vicina roger, Changbaishan carpenter ant and central plain sanguinary ant as raw materials, and is characterized in that the three-ant wine is prepared by the following method: mixing the three kinds of ants sequentially in accordance with the weight ratio of 7 : 2 : 1; putting the ants into water of which the weight is about two times of the total weight of the three dry ants to be boiled for 15 minutes; filtering out the ants and continuing to boil the filtrate; stopping heating when only one half of the filtrate is remained; pouring the filtered ants and the remaining filtrate into 60-degree sorghum white spirit of which the weight is 10 times of the total weight of the ants and the filtrate; performing cold impregnation on the mixture at roo |
