Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a process and a device for preparing an electric material, and particularly relates to a process and a device for ingot casting and stretch forming of a copper-aluminum composite bus bar. The invention provides a manufacturing process and a manufacturing device for the ingot stretching of a bus bar, wherein copper and aluminum materials can be combined in the solid and liquid states, the interface is free of air and pollution, and the bus bar reaches the metallurgical combination state and is compositely prepared by the copper and aluminum materials.
