Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a vehicle universal power adapter, in particular to a power adapter of an electronic device. The invention provides an energy-saving and environmental-friendly vehicle universal power adapter which does not need an inverter, can directly convert the 12V/48V voltage of the vehicle into adjustable output voltage to be adapted for the demands of different electric appliances and has good power conversion efficiency. The vehicle universal power adapter is provided with a DC/DC converting and regulating circuit, a sampling circuit, a voltage regulating key, a voltage measuring and controlling circuit and a display circuit, wherein the input terminal of the sampling circuit is connected with the output terminal of the DC/DC converting and regulating circuit, the output terminal for feedbacking the output voltage of the sampling circuit is connected with the input terminal of an A/D convertor circuit of the power supply measuring and controlling circuit, the output terminal of the A/D conver
