The stent comprises three repetitive units which are in a head-to-tail ligation and forms an angle of 120 degrees mutually; the repetitive unit comprises a curve section and transition sections connected at the two ends of the curve section; the arithmetic expression of the curve section is on the right; the transition section comprises a straight line and a circular arc; one end of the straight line is connected with and tangent to the curve section, and the other end of the straight line is connected with and tangent to the circular arc; and the central angle of the circular arc is 90 degrees. The preparation method of the stent comprises the steps: the processing of the plane is carried out firstly; secondly, the processing of spatial molding is conducted; and finally, correction is carried out to obtain the final stent for the artificial cardiac valve.
