The invention provides an on-board generator motor, belonging to the technical field of automobile generator motors. The generator motor mainly solves the problems that the existing generator is not directly connected with the rotation part of an engine in the axial direction and uses a single generator only, therefore, the generation efficiency is low and the generator capability is small. The on-board generator motor is mainly characterized in that the on-board generator motor comprises an on-board variable frequency and adjustable speed main motor and an on-board variable frequency and adjustable speed auxiliary motor, both of which consist of a rotor, a stator, a shell, an encoder and a motor shaft and commonly use the same motor shaft; the shell of the main shell is directly fixedly connected with the adjacent end of the shell of the auxiliary motor; the external end of the motor shaft at the main motor side is provided with a connecting flange. The on-board generator motor has the advantages of high pow
