Electrochemical fast detecting method of melamine in dairy produce

The invention provides an electrochemical quick detection method used for detecting melamine in milk product, and relates to the technical field of food detection, in particular to a detection method used for detecting the melamine in the milk product. An electrochemical method is adopted, material containing carbon is used as a working electrode, so as to dissolve the milk product in acidic electrolytic solution, and circularly voltammetry scanning and electrolyzing are carried out for 1-10 minutes under corrected electric potential; according to the prepared volt-ampere curve, primary qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are carried out on whether the milk product contains the melamine or not. The milk product contains the melamine if a pair of reversible redox peaks appears in the potential scope of 0.6-0.9V in the volt-ampere curve, otherwise the milk product contains no melamine, thus primarily identifying whether the milk product contains melamine only needs 1-10 minutes. The method is fast, e
