A middle auxiliary metal layer is added between a Ti plate and a stainless steel plate; an explosion composite plate is prepared by one-step or multi-step explosions; the prepared explosion composite plate is heat-disposed and subsequently processed by cutting in the thickness direction of the composite plate according to the size of the external diameter and the internal diameter of the pipe joint, thus obtaining the Ti-steel composite pipe joint billet; the internal surface and the external surface of the Ti-steel composite pipe joint billet is mechanically machined according to the final shape of the Ti-steel composite pipe joint, thus obtaining the corrosion-resistant Ti-steel composite pipe joint.
