Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a method for preparing phosphate silicane-MnO2 composite film on a surface of a glass substrate. The method comprises the following steps: using the glass substrate the surface of which is subjected to hydroxylation treatment as a base material, firstly soaking the pretreated glass substrate in an amino silane solution to keep standing for 12 hours, and assembling an amino silane film on the surface of the substrate; then placing the substrate the surface of which is assembled with the amino silane film in a methane cyanide solution containing phosphorus oxychloride and 2, 3, 5-trimethyl pyridine to react for 20 minutes, and assembling phosphate group on the surface of the film; and placing the substrate in MnO2 suspension to keep standing for 4 to 16 hours at a temperature of between 20 and 60 DEG C, taking out and washing the substrate by a large amount of deionized water, drying the washed substrate by blowing nitrogen, and obtaining the glass substrate the surface of which is depo
