The invention relates to a fluorescent display device and conductive paste for the fluorescent display device. The fluorescent display device includes an aluminum wiring layer formed on an insulating substrate; an insulating layer formed on the aluminum wiring layer, the insulating layer being provided with a through-hole disposed on the aluminum wiring layer; a conductive layer filled in the through-hole.
