Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of a method for detecting the silica content in ferroalloy chromic carbide iron. The method for immediately detecting the silica content in the ferroalloy chromic carbide iron comprises the following steps: firstly, a silicon-detecting sensor and chromic carbide iron to be detected are ensured to contact, the senor generates a weak electric potential signal which is then amplified; and then the amplified voltage is converted into pulse value by a V/F converter and is then sent into a single chip; and finally, digital silica content can be intuitively displayed in a monitor by the software processing. The detecting method of the invention can rapidly detect the silica content in the ferroalloy on site, in addition, the chromic carbide iron does not require to be specially processed, and other reagents are unnecessary to be used, thereby the method is simple and convenient, and the final detecting result can be directly displayed by a computer. |
