Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides an LED lamp with a heat dissipation device, comprising a radiator and a plurality of LEDs; wherein, the radiator comprises a soleplate and a plurality of heat dissipation fins which extend out of the top surface of the soleplate, a heat conducting plate and a phase heat transmission element with a unidirectional heat transmission function; the heat transmission element is connected between the bottom surface of the soleplate of the radiator and the heat conducting plate; the LED is arranged on one surface of the heat conducting plate backing towards the radiator; and the heat transmission element can quicken the heat transmission of the heat conducting plate towards the radiator and block the heat transmission in the reverse direction.
