The bolt head of the T-shaped bolt (2) is supported against the bottom surface of the concrete major structure, the gasket (3) and the screw cap (4) are installed on the screwed end of the T-shaped bolt (2) passing through the pre-embedded pipe (1) and a component (5) needing to be fixed, and the component (5) needing to be fixed is positioned between the gasket (3) and the surface of the concrete major structure.
