Sugarcane cut stem hybridization method for production of hybrid seeds at tropical monsoon climate area

The invention relates to the technical field of sugarcane crossbreeding, and provides a method for sugarcane crossbreeding in tropical monsoon climate areas of China. The method comprises the steps of planting sugarcane parents, root inducing treatment of ear stems, cutting and caring the ear stems, isolated crossbreeding and artificial subsidiary pollination, and management of seed ripen process. The method is remarkably characterized in that the ear stems of the sugarcane which are dispersed in a parent nursery or different parent breeding places are cut and transported to a crossbreeding greenhouse when the sugarcane parents blossom, and are subjected to directed hybridization in proper conditions; and during the hybridization period, the ear stems are not influenced by adverse climate conditions, so the method has high breeding efficiency and strong practicability, and realizes high centralization of management.
