Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a production process which adopts a biophysical technology to produce the bamboo fiber; the method comprises the following steps : breaking the joints in the bamboo and soak in the 1 biochemical treatment liquid and heating the liquid with steam, then soaking for two hours at the 70 DEG C under the atmospheric pressure; then obtaining the coarse bamboo fiber after opening and grading the fiber; then taking the coarse bamboo fiber as the raw material and soaking in the 2 biochemical treatment liquid, heating the liquid with steam, then soaking for 1-2 hours at the 60 DEG C under the atmospheric pressure, then drying, teasing and grading the fiber to obtain the fine bamboo fiber products. Both the 1 and 2 biochemical treatment liquid adopt the biochemical agent as the main ingredients, the composition of the biochemical agent includes 7.5-10.8% of TX-10; 7.5-8.3% of sulfonic acid; 5-6.9% of Peregal O; 6.5-9.2% of AE-S; 8.3-11.3% of 6501 and 53.5- 65.2% of wilted hay enzyme.
