The invention provides a sample introducing method of mass spectrometry method, comprising: (a) feeding the micro trace matters of a sample and cooling gas to pass a capillary tube which sharp end has reduced inner diameter, to process thermal insulation expansion to condense the trace matter at the inner wall of the sharp end of the capillary tube; (b) using laser pulse to radiate the condensed trace matter to instantly evaporate the trace matter and guide the evaporated trace matter into a mass spectrometry analyzer. The sample introducing method can significantly improve the sensitivity and accuracy of mass spectrometry method.
