Special amino silicone oil and linear polysiloxane which is non-crosslinked or can not be crosslinked are compounded and then mixed with a silane or siloxane matter which can be crosslinked to form the softening-smoothing agent which is stable to store and is used for finishing the wool/cashmere garments, so as to obtain better softness, fluffy sense and smoothness degree, obviously reduce felting trend or shrinkage. Therefore, the wool/cashmere garments can be washed by a machine.
