Relative walls (32a, 32b) are arranged on the clip main unit (23), retain holes (53, 54) are formed on the relative walls (32a, 32b). Locking lugs (60, 61) are formed on the clip cap (24) clamped in the retain holes (53, 54) for connecting the clip cap (24) and the clip main unit (23). The clip cap (24) is half-inserted into the clip main unit (23), connected on the axis for temporary assembly. Load is applied to the clip cap (24), the clip main unit (23) is pressed into and fixed to the vehicle body side. Clamp between the clip cap (24) and the clip main unit (23) is relieved, the clip cap (24) is fully inserted into the clip main unit (23).
