Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for precision forging of a fastener used in railway vehicle and a die used in the method. The forging method comprises the following steps: (1) a pre-forged piece with a fastener groove of 30-60 degrees is forged and molded on a die hammer; (2) the pre-forged piece of the fastener is bent and shaped to form a groove of 7 degrees by dies and a friction press; (3) edges are cut by a press. The dies used in the step (2) comprise a lower die, an upper die, a spring, a guide post and a baffle. The upper die is provided with a left and a right die blocks which form an integrated die impression, are closely attached to each other in the horizontal direction and are capable of moving relatively in the vertical direction. A bulge corresponding to the shape of the groove of the forged piece and a boss for positioning the forged piece are arranged on the lower die.
