Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an air purification sterilizer and an energy-saving operation method thereof. The air purification sterilizer comprises an air duct, a filter paper transmission gear, a body, a pressure difference detecting unit, a controller and the like. An air passage and a filter part are arranged on the body. The filter part is composed of the filter paper transmission gear, an activecarbon filter sterilization board and the like. The transmission gear is driven by a stepper motor. The filter paper is equidistantly provided with filtration working sections and non-filtration working sections. The stepper motor and a pressure difference detecting sensor are arranged under the body. The controller is placed in the hollow cavity at the side wall of the air passage. A blower is arranged at the internal side of a vent, thus being capable of sending air into the interior to form positive pressure to carry out internal air purification and exhausting towards exterior to form negative pressure to carry ou
