Fault image forming method and system

The invention provides a fault imaging system. The system comprises a fault grinding device which is provided with a worktable and a grinding cutter and is used to form a grinding plane on the sample fixed on the worktable by the grinding cutter, an image collection device which is used to carry out fluorescence and/or white light imaging on the grinding plane formed on the sample, a control unit which is connected with the fault grinding device and the image collection device respectively by means of wired or wireless connection and controls the fault grinding device and the image collection device to operate alternatively, so as to form the grinding plane alternatively and image the formed grinding plane, and a storage unit which is used to store the imaging information of images obtained by the image collection device. The invention also provides a corresponding fault imaging method.
