Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an automatic feed control device fed back by a closed current loop of a motor, which comprise an SCM, a Hall current sensor, a bidirectional controlled silicon used for controlling on/off of a vibrator, an RC circuit connected with a control gate of the bidirectional controlled silicon and a solid state relay. The Hall current sensor is used for testing and converting motor current to a digital signal, and then the digital signal is compared with a standard value set in the SCM based on a fuzzy control theory and the SCM is utilized for generating pulse-width modulation signals and controlling on-off time of the solid state relay, thereby realizing the self-adaptive control of feeding. Simultaneously, a calibration function is designed for the automatic feed device and the standard value set in the SCM can be changed according to different application environments.
