Zusammenfassung:	In a content conveying system (100) composed of a Web server (40) and a terminal device (50), a Web server (40) is composed of the following components: a final content file (25) which manages content; a meta-content file (26) which manages at least through recording the reproducing starting time information of content, remark displayed overlapping in the content and display time information in the meta-content; and a content transferring function (41) which reads out the remark, display time information and content in final content file (25) and meta-content file (26) together for generatingdisplay information (such as data in dynamic HTML form) and transmits the generated display information to the terminal device (50). Furthermore the terminal device (50) is provided with a Web browser (51) which receives display information from terminal device (50) and displays the received information.
