Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a system for publishing job descriptions in details and a method thereof. A job description document with a plurality of jobs is stored in one back end server of a website for applying for jobs; a description text box and a button is arranged on a want column on the website for applying for jobs; after persons looking for talents push the button, the button is linked to the back end server; the job description document corresponding to the want column is acquired from the back end server according to different want columns, which is displayed in the description text box so that the persons looking for and supplying talents can edit descriptions. By adopting the system or the method, the persons looking for talents can edit more job descriptions which can describe the jobs better so that job seekers can know the jobs and the ability needs clearly at a glance.
