Automatic process for bending pipe

The invention relates to an automatically tube bending process which comprises the following steps: a straight glass tube is automatically transported to a tube bending furnace by a feeding device; the straight glass tube is heated in the tube bending furnace, and the bending reflection of the straight glass tube is controlled by a photoelectric measuring device during heating; then the heated straight glass tube is transported to a tube bending device for tube winding operation, the glass tube is inflated at the end of tube winding, and the dimension of the inflated glass tube is controlled by means of photoelectric measurement; and the spiral bent power saving fluorescent lamp is taken off from the tube bending device. The automatically tube bending process has the advantages that the glass tube heating and softening degree and the glass tube recovery dimension are automatically controlled by the photoelectric measuring device, so that the defect of timing control existing in the prior process is overcome;
