Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a vertical conduction type LED, which comprises a plate-shaped substrate as an electrode, a quantum unit which is spliced with the substrate and generates light based on the photoelectric effect, and an electrode which is in ohmic contact with the quantum unit and enables the quantum unit to emit light through supplying power to the quantum unit together with the substrate, particularly, an n-shaped cladding layer of the quantum unit comprises a layer of pillar cluster part which is formed by deep etching and provided with a plurality of the optical correction pillars with the heights ranging in submicron scales, and the probability of scattering when the light generated by the quantum unit travels is increased via the refraction coefficient difference between the optical correction pillars of the pillar cluster part, and the media around, thereby further increasing the luminosity of components.
