Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for preparing (Z)-2-(tert-Methoxycarbonyl Methoxyimino)-2-(2-Aminothiazol-4-yl)Acetic Acid, which uses diketene as starting material that is chloridized and esterified to obtain 4-chloro-acetyl-tert-butyl acetate, an intermediate product; then the intermediate product is nitrosated, alkylated, cyclized and hydrolyzed to obtain the (Z)-2-(tert-Methoxycarbonyl Methoxyimino)-2-(2-Aminothiazol-4-yl)Acetic Acid. The method adopts a phase transfer catalysis technique, thus reducing technical steps, simplifying operation, shortening reaction period, reducing production cost, reducing pollution of the three wastes and having super high industrial application value. |
