The invention provides a zooming device which comprises a lens seat, a driving device and at least one first drawtube; the driving device is arranged at the external side of the lens seat; the first drawtube is contained in the lens seat; the lens seat comprises a fixed plate and a containing ring which is connected with the fixed plate; the fixed plate is provided with a through hole through which the light beam passes; the containing ring comprises a containing wall which is provided with an opening; the first drawtube is a hollow column body; the external wall of the first drawtube is circularly provided with transmission teeth; the first drawtube is screwed inside the lens seat in a way that the transmission teeth are aligned to the opening of the lens seat; the driving device comprises a transmission gear; the transmission gear of the driving device is meshed with the transmission teeth of the first drawtube by the opening on the containing ring of the lens seat.
