The invention provides a waterproof structure for a connector. The waterproof structure is arranged between a connector and a shell thereof. The connector is used to link a battery to an external circuit, and one side of the surface thereof corresponds to the shell; a groove is arranged at one side of the surface of the connector corresponding to the shell, and an elastic sealing member is arranged in the groove, and corresponds to the groove; the shell surface corresponding to the groove protrudes to form a boss, and the boss can be arranged in the groove. Thereby, when the shell is fixed, the boss compresses the elastic sealing member to make the lower part of the sealing member cling to the bottom surface and the side wall of the groove, and a relatively big contact area between the upper part of the elastic sealing member and the boss is ensured due to deformation caused by compression, as a result, better waterproof effect is achieved.
