Zusammenfassung:A process for detecting the thickness of an iron-aluminum intermediate layer of a hot-dip galvanizing plate belongs to the technical field of the steel plate surface detection, which comprises following steps: processing a measured galvanizing plate into plate form samples, processing samples into disc shape with 3-10cm diameter based on the thickness of the galvanizing plate, and cleaning and drying the surfaces of the samples with absolute ethyl alcohol, then peeling the coating layer by layer through adopting the glow spectrum method, detecting the composition of each layer, and stopping the measure when the measured composition is consistent with the composition of a steel plate basal body, drawing the relationships curve line of composition varying as the thickness of the coating according to the relationships of thickness and composition in each measurement, accurately calculating the thickness of the iron-aluminum intermediate layer according to the variation discipline of iron, zinc and aluminum as th
